Wells Fargo has completed its acquisition of LaCrosse Global Fund Services
Integrated products and services are available to clients of both organizations
We are pleased to announce the completion of Wells Fargo's acquisition of LaCrosse Global Fund Services, as previously announced in September.
LaCrosse clients will now have access to the full suite of services provided by the bank. For most clients, this includes immediate access to deposit and trust accounts, securities custody, cash management, loan custody, loan administration, and a number of related services. Wells Fargo's customers will have access to the fund administration and operational outsourcing services provided by LaCrosse.
Effective December 1, LaCrosse will also be known as A Wells Fargo Company. There will be no immediate change to either its corporate structure or its name, LaCrosse Global Fund Services, so no changes to customer documentation are required.
We are confident this will be a seamless transition for you and we look forward to updating you on additional product integration in the coming months.
