Celia Choh

Head of Asia Operations

Celia Choh is the head of LaCrosse Global Fund Services’ Asian operations. In this capacity, she manages the operations team, serves as controller for the geography, evaluates internal controls to mitigate settlement risk and provides ongoing analysis and improvement of systems and procedures.

Choh joined Cargill in 1995 as an accountant in the Financial Markets division’s Singapore office where she was involved with relocating accounting support from the United States to Singapore. She held various positions in Global Capital Markets prior to being named Asia controller for Global Capital Markets in 2002. Her experience with trading in 10 countries in the region has given her unique insight into the infrastructure and market access requirements in Asia.

In 2003, she was named the managing director of global operations for Black River Global Fund Services and subsequently became managing director of Black River Global Fund Services Asia. Prior to joining Cargill in 1995, Choh worked for KPMG in Singapore as an audit supervisor.

Choh graduated from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore in 1991 with a B.S. in Accounting. She is a CPA with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Singapore.
