LaCrosse Global Fund Services offers a specialized suite of services dedicated to providing comprehensive hedge fund administration services for every asset class and trading strategy. These services can be used in whole or in part, and can be tailored to fit the needs of any fund.
+ Traditional Fund Administration includes monthly or quarterly NAV, annual financial statements, and handling of all investor
transactions. Also includes daily reconciliation of cash and securities, AML/KYC checks as required by the fund domicile, preparation and
delivery of investor statements, and supplying tax preparers with required information.
+ LaCrosseAdmin+TM includes all services under Traditional Fund Administration, as well as daily trading P&L with up to five levels of strategy drill-down, daily or weekly estimated NAV, and optional daily price modeling of OTC derivatives positions.
+ LaCrosseMBO+TM Full middle-office and operational support of trading activity for funds where LaCrosse is not the administrator.
Specific services will vary according to the asset classes and markets traded by the fund, but could include same-day trade verification, trade
confirmation or confirm review, facilitation of settlement activities, direct resolution of trade breaks, OTC derivatives operations, and bank debt operations.
+ LaCrosseSTP+TM A lower cost, full service middle- and back-office solution designed specifically for managers of highly liquid strategies including equity long/short, global macro, event-driven and futures. LaCrosseSTP+ clients receive the same comprehensive, high touch fund administration services offered to all of LaCrosse’s clients, with the added benefits and cost savings associated with full middle-office and operational support, straight-through processing, and the availability of industry-leading front-office technology platforms - all for little more than the cost of fund administration alone.
+ Full Service includes both LaCrosseAdmin+ and LaCrosseMBO+. For clients who want a comprehensive middle and back office
solution. This option provides hedge funds with a complete set of support services that covers the full range of activities from post-execution through investor reporting.
+LaCrosseMortgage+TM A specialized fund administration and middle-office support package for investment funds that trade in performing or non-performing whole loans, or any fund structures aimed at investments in commercial mortgages, residential mortgages, mortgage-backed securities and related derivatives. LaCrosse has partnered with industry-leading mortgage servicing firms in North America, Europe and Asia to provide valuation, due diligence, forensics and a full suite of services to support pre-foreclosure, foreclosure and real-estate owned (REO) assets. Specific components of LaCrosseMortgage+ offered by LaCrosse include fund administration for the investment pool and related entities, as well as middle-office and operational support for any securitized or derivatives trading.

Operating in 6 global locations on a single, global technology platform, we are able to provide 24 hour a day, six days a week support for fund managers, wherever they are located and whatever markets they trade.
Our work processes "follow the sun," ensuring that we use every available hour of the day to identify exceptions or breaks and to find resolution. We provide local operational support in the time zone of settlement for traded products, and local accounting/middle-office support in the client's time zone, with reconciliation activity occurring around the clock.
Client Service Model
The fund services industry has gone through significant evolution in the last few years. Firms that were once boutiques have either been acquired by large banks or grown into sizable institutions themselves. It is difficult today to find a provider that can offer extensive capabilities and flexible client service.
LaCrosse offers a real alternative to the rigid, "one-size-fits-all" approaches offered by the rest of the industry. We have global capabilities and deep market expertise, but we also offer "high-touch" service and a service offering that can be customized to the needs of each specific client.
Every LaCrosse client receives a dedicated client service manager to coordinate day-to-day service delivery and a relationship manager to ensure satisfaction with our services. Clients will be given specific contact information for individual departments that service their funds (Accounting, Operations, Cash/Collateral Management, Investor Accounting, Investor Transactions, etc.) which they may use if they like. The client service manager and relationship manager also can be used as a primary point of contact to investigate and resolve any issues that may arise.
